DO YOU CHARGE A PLANNING FEE?
Yes. Destination weddings and honeymoons require research, coordination, and personalized planning, so a planning fee applies. The exact fee depends on your trip and the level of support needed. We’ll go over everything before planning begins, so you’ll know exactly what’s included.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE START PLANNING?
For destination weddings, earlier is better. Resort availability, wedding dates, room blocks, and group pricing can become limited, especially during popular travel periods. For honeymoons, starting early gives us the best selection of resorts, room categories, and flights. If your dates are closer, reach out anyway. I’ll tell you what’s realistic.
DO YOU HANDLE OUR GUESTS' TRAVEL FOR A DESTINATION WEDDING?
Yes. This is one of the biggest advantages of working with me. I can manage room reservations, guest questions, important deadlines, transfers, and travel communication for your group, so you don’t become everyone’s travel contact while trying to plan your wedding.
CAN YOU HELP US CHOOSE THE DESTINATION AND RESORT?
Absolutely. You don’t need to know exactly where you want to go before reaching out. I’ll learn your priorities, budget, guest needs, and overall vision, then narrow down the destinations and resorts that make sense for you.
WHAT IF WE ALREADY KNOW WHICH RESORT WE WANT?
That’s completely fine. I can start with the resort you have in mind and make sure it actually fits what you’re looking for. If I spot something that concerns me, or believe another option would serve you better, I’ll tell you why.
DO YOU ONLY PLAN ALL-INCLUSIVE WEDDINGS AND HONEYMOONS?
No. I work with all-inclusive resorts as well as hotels, villas, cruises, and other styles of destination weddings and honeymoons around the world. The right fit depends on the experience you want, your destination, budget, and priorities.
